Our portfolio is structured into four vertical sectors to optimise growth opportunities.
Falcon Trust Holding was created in order to consolidate and lead Dubai's and Abu Dhabi´s large-scale infrastructure and investment projects. In five years of operation, we have evolved our portfolio considerably.
In 2009, we reorganised our portfolio to streamline operations and ensure the continued delivery of world-class projects and future growth opportunities for our investors. Our business is organised in these four vertical sectors:

The management of our portfolio is divided between the Falcon Trust Holding Commercial Operations Group (FTHCOG), which oversees the Property, Business Parks and Hospitality verticals, and the Dubai Holding Investment Group, which oversees Investments.
